A Very Vintage Christmas Swap at Foxgloves, Fabric, and Folly......and......

Snowflakes and Sparkles Christmas Swap at Mommy Holly.
To those not familiar with a swap (I wasn't), you basically join a swap and the host/creator of the swap assigns you a person (that you don't know!) to send a little box of Christmas happies to. Each person fills out a questionnaire to kind of tell their tastes, etc. and then you send off a box to someone and receive a box from someone. It's like "secret sister"---worldwide! I think this sounds like so much fun, and since I'm hardly ever surprised, I'd love to get a box of surprises in mail. It's not too late to join either of these swaps, so go have a look and join---you really don't have anything to lose.
Here's to Holiday Cheer!

This sounds exciting. I just joined both of them. Maybe we should try doing one with all of us blogging friends!
I like Heather's idea. I was just talking to Demetria today about starting a Southern Christmas Swap. How can we go about starting one? I don't even know how to create a buuton for the side bar.
-Look at me just running with the idea. Maybe we should see if there is any interest for another swap.
That's a really cute idea! That's ironic you posted about Christmas because I was going to ask you a question in regards to Christmas too! I was wondering if you knew of any websites, stores, sellers...etc. who carry original Christmas stockings or patterns? I have looked on Etsy, Posie Gets Cozy (link on my blog), but can't seem to find any (atleast yet). I am trying to find a stocking for Olivia, and my mom will make it from a pattern or I'll buy one handmade if necessary. I want something original, not necessarily something you can find in any fabric or craft store. Just thought I'd see if you knew of anything! Let me know if so! Thanks!
Too fun!
