I just posted my recipe for Chicken Artichoke casserole on my Recipe Blog. It's so yummy! I can't believe I like artichokes, but I do. Not by themselves per se, but IN things. Particularly fattening dips. But they're delicious in casseroles, too!

That would sound SO good to me if I wasn't having this silly aversion to chicken. I'll have to try it after the baby's born, I guess :)
