There's NO PLACE like home!
Evy and I are finally home after 14 days of being gone. Yes, 14 days with a 10.5 month old. Evy was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a more happy, compliant child. I was the one who was getting antsy for my house and my own bed!
I have a ton of catching up to do (not only on the blog), but it feels great to be in a new year, doesn't it? I think today we might start taking down the Christmas cheer. I'm always sad, because my house doesn't look quite as cozy, full, or warm. But that's okay--I'm going to work on my attitude!
I'll be posting recaps, etc. as soon as I can get them up. I want to have on record everything we did this Christmas. It was full of family, which is the way I like it. I hope you're having a great 2010!
