I have two big pieces of news to share:
1. WE HAVE INTERNET.
2. WE SOLD OUR HOUSE!!!
I know, I can't believe either of these two items either. We got internet today and I haven't been so glad to be a child of technology in a long time. It's wonderful to just be able to look something up quickly if I need to and easily check email, blogs, etc. SO NICE.
A couple of days ago we received an offer for our home. After negotiationg back and forth, we settled on an agreement and if everything goes smoothly (that's a big "if"), we should close on June 28, and the buyer will take possession June 30th. If you're keeping track, that's exactly when Kurt needs to leave town. We are so in awe of God's timing!
So anyway, we're still getting settled here. Very soon I'm going to post pictures, since it's officially ours now. :) We are so thankful for this home and have already grown very attached to it.
In other news, please pray for a friend of mine. She experienced the loss of a child recently (at birth), and it has been a very difficult, heartbreaking time. I know she and her husband would covet your prayers. I will give more details if/when it's appropriate.
