A little background on the picture: We had a wonderful experience getting professional pictures taken recently. However, Evy (being a typical almost-2-year-old) just wasn't at her smiling best! I'm realizing she's that way around every single photographer! Our photographer was awesome and we got some cute shots, but for the Christmas card I wanted one of the three of us ALL smiling! :) My dad came over and snapped this in our backyard. I guess she just needed a familiar face and being in a better mood! I really love how it turned out.
